air support...yes, we have those. but they are not sufficient. most of our planes are outdated/old issue...like bought on a yard sale.hehehe

Grabeha ka faet!
I agree with @tulisan666. The Phil Marines are looking for candidates right now for officers & non-officers at Camp Lapulapu & they have their recruitment banners displayed at corner Salinas Drive & Wilson street & at Brgy Apas. What say you?
vote ko for an ALL OUT WAR against these dangggg groups!
the topic is all about the brutality after an ambush, then again after being identified who's who still those MI's ain't giving them up.
not joining the army. we should make another arguements with that.
what some of us want is to finish the insurgencies that keep on repeating, we jst had enough.
the government already made peace talks yet still they really (the rebel) don't buy that, why? coz they still continue to inflict terror over and over again even if there is that so called "peace talks."
anyway, the military has given them 7 days to surrender the culprits so i guess diplomacy is still there isn't it, not like being umbushed which is an act of treachery. they are still given ample time to think it all over. else, they (the military) will go for their last resort which believe me, it will be ugly. pls don't tell me that the armed forces don't have enough fire power to do so, yes they might have crude weaponry but still good enough to finish those culpirts and their cohorts, and everyone else who stand againts their way.
who doesn't like peace...i believe that nobody in their sound mind wants violence; and so as injustice.
we'll just see what will really come up with these rebels Moros in the next 7 days. i myself still believe in diplomacy over the issue but i also support the idea of "an all out war."
Hold your horses, guys! The MILF's side must also be heard. Browse thru this;

But before they left, they conducted a clearing operation and they found and body counted 23 Marines dead, as above stated, and not one was beheaded;
On July 11, 2007, at around 5:30 am, the MILF-BIAF conducted an inspection of the battle scene and they found six (6) dead Marines already beheaded, and one man, about 69 year old, hacked in the back and throat slashed. Later, the dead civilian was identified as Imam Hakim Ali or Alkanul.
All the MILF unit commanders involved in the fighting were asked about the beheading and their answers were all in the negative.

this is just complete BS. if they indeed conducted a "clearing operation", then the MILF could have inspected all of the ENTIRE battle ground areas for dead bodies. they should not conclude that the area is COMPLETELY cleared of dead marines.
..and they have the GUTS to tell the public that they're not the ones who BEHEADED our marines. if they didn't do it, who did? Abu Sayyaf? there isn't a clear distinction that separate these islamic extremists afterall. the nerve of these people.
this MILF group have done NOTHING for our country than to spread chaos, violence, disorder, and fear to our fellow Filipinos. i dare anyone to enumerate some of the good things they did, if ever there were.
now they blamed the marines for the incident? when they knew that those reconnaissance team were searching for a missing priest! for crying out loud... if they were really true about the peacetalks they should not engage to battle not unless being fired upon. as they keep on claiming, it's their ground so definitely they know more of the area than the passing marines... PASSING since the marines where on their way home/back to camp.
once again those marines were under reconnaissance mission who were told that renegade MI's held the priest. so, if ever they didn't know anything about the kidnapping they should have given the military to continue the search as it was a legitimate ops by the military, it was all in the news whole week, isn't it impossible that they (the MILF) didn't know any reconaissance/rescue mission by the military?
what a story thse guys saying... (basing from the link given above)
my civilian views, hell i wasn't there. just another one of you guys who heard stories, i might be wrong...
