You would need an Ergonomic Mouse, bai. Depende na sa imong grip, hand size ug preference.

Contrary to popular belief, most palmrests are actually doing you more harm kay they can help in blocking your bloodflow to your hands.

You should read this guide from Razer :
Razer Ergonomics Guide | Razer | For Gamers. By Gamers.™

click on the other links about different grips.

Bisag dili razer imo paliton gamit man na siya so you can determine what shape is good for your grip etc.

Another factor would probably how much force you need to glide your mouse across your mousepad. In this case I would recommend a nice cloth mousepad nga medyo bagax2 compared to your really thin average cloth pad (I'd recommend something about 3-5mm thickness, comfy kaayo)

Personally I have experience carpal tunnel in my hands sa keyboard/mouse so I am using ergonomic mice (Razer naga for my Claw-grip style) unya Mechanical keyboard for my hands (less actuation force and no need to bottom out the keys really helps the pain)

Im not sure if theres a mouse that can really help prevent carpal tunnel but maybe its the way you hold the mouse which causes the issue, you can also take short breaks every 30mins from moving the mouse.. that would help alot.

    Vertical mouse resolved my problem.

medyo mahal lang jud kay naa pay shipping.

Evoluent VerticalMouse, Vertical Mouse, ergonomic mouse, ergonomic computer mouse, computer mouse, optical mouse, carpal tunnel syndrome, repetitive stress disorder, RSI

go for the wired one, kay naay times naay slight delay ang response time sa akong wireless version.
nawagtang jud ang sakit sa ako wrist but wa nasad nako gamita karon kay hasol ang slight delay. And I think its a driver issue for Win 7 x64. Ok raman iya reviews for other OS.

I just bought a gamepad for my work and use the mouse with my left hand if mo action ug tukar ako wrist.

You can buy this second hand if interested ka, murag jud brand new hehe.
Ok raman kung casual browsing imo purpose, but if gaming ayaw lang.
At least well rested imo wrist while browsing then bun-ogon balik pag gaming
