Directions
Tear across to remove strip from pouch . (One pouch for upper teeth and one pouch for lower teeth)
Align bottom edge of strip with gumline of lower teeth.
Press evenly against teeth and fold excell strip behind them.
Align top edge of strip with gumline of upper teeth.
Press evenly against teeth and fold excess strip behind them.
