Default Windows 7 takes almost a minute to boot

As the title says, what are the possible causes for this problem?

    OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64

    PSU:Cooler Master
    RS-700-AMBA-D3
    Input Voltage 90~264V (auto range)
    Output Capacity 700W

HDD: HD Sata 1TB WD Caviar Green 64mb CA

    MOBO: s1366 intel core i7 BLKDX58SO

    Memory: 2 Units Kingston 2gb DDR3
1 Unit Kingston 2gb (but smaller in size)

    CPU-Z and GPU-Z

I think my rig is not that slow considering its specs but it takes 1.50~2.1 minutes during boot up. I already tried reformatting and reinstalling the OS before (4 months ago i guess) and this doesn't solve the problem.

Can this be a hardware problem? I just fixed the beeping sound in my pc today which was caused by RAM problem (dri nako napalit sa istorya ang ram. haha.. ) so dli siguro ang ram ang cause why dugay mo boot or maybe sa Hard Disk naa prob?

The hard drive is a major bottleneck for any computer. Check BIOS settings if it is set for ultra ATA or if it is on PIO mode. I'd look at defective SATA cables too as a culprit.

It could be a simple software problem. Any startup programs like antivirus or other utilities installed?
