Persian Palate sa Mango Square used to sell it by the bottle.....will drop by there one of these days and see if they still do.....adds an added kick to home-made burgers and sandwiches....

i am sorry to say that personally, lahi ra ang taste sa garlic sauce sa persian palate bro/sis.
nakatilaw pud ko lainlain recipes... para nako, ang arabic THOOM ang pinaka lami gyud nga garlic sauce.

ganahan pod ko ani... mas lami nko natilawan kato sa jubail, saudi..dri sa abu dhabi kay dili kaayo compare didto sa jubail. murag turkish man cguro nagbuhat ato. not sure noon.
ako g ask to nagbuhat, murag naka mention man to cyag sagol itlog? or alimungaw ra nko ni kay kadlawon na dri. ^^
