    I totally agree with maddox22.

    @ KASAAC - two things you can try - cardio [high intensity interval training or HIIT] or sprint running and AGAIN, change your diet or eating habits/lifestyle. Try to search online more about HIIT and sprint running then learn how to properly do it. Dont be lazy, be fit!

    @scott - lower your total bodyfat to about 7-10% to see those abs. burn more calories than what you eat. eat a low carb - high protein diet. eat complex carbs like brown rice, sweet potato, wheat products, green leafy veggies instead of your usual carb sources. avoid oily/greasy/fried food and foods/drinks rich in sugar. train your abs 2-3x a week. do your cardio/HIIT on an empty stomach. supplement w/ L-carnitine and green tea.

    @fred - kalami sa life! hahaha! pa-bulk ka master? ako wala pa ko kabalo unsa ako gusto. i'm torn between getting bigger/stronger and cutting to see my abs kay hapit na summer. hehehe!

    naglibug ka master?nganu man?duha na diay ta ini?hahaha.mao gyud ny pitfall sa bodybuilders nowadays. if atubang nila sa mirror nipis sila ganahan sila pa bulk nya inig atubang pud nila wala silay abs ganahan pud pa cut. atras abante lage ta ini, if naglibug ang mind samot na maglibug ang body. ull never get what you want gyud. I stumbled upon the pages of my MATH book, found in the dusty corners of my room, was able to scan the pages of my old geometry book and i found the simple answer...THE SHORTEST DISTANCE BETWEEN TWO POINTS IS A STRAIGHT LINE...i closed the book and was enlightened...it took me sometime to really decide what i want. i made long term goals as well as my short term goals...it was then on that i was really happy and satisfied with my results.whenever i felt astray and disorganized i look back and focus on my goals...focus on the point ahead...

    para nako ang side bends para na moporma imong abdominal oblique muscles. jogging ug pasingot ra gyud ko, dako kaayo ko ug bil2x sa kilid sauna, pero karon hapit na mawala, balik nako jogging abellana kay mana sinulog.

    @KASAAC, okay ra hud na brad.. I honestly do that as part of my HIIT in Abellana. I would run up the stairs as fast and careful as I can then slowly walk down then repeat. Beleive me, its gonna kick the hell out of you! Be extra careful though coz you might stumble or fall down which is not good at all.
