Alhamdulillah! you hit the bullseye sir.

When someone converts to Islam, God forgives all of his previous sins and evil deeds. A man called Amr came to the Prophet Muhammad, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, and said, “Give me your right hand so that I may give you my pledge of loyalty.” The Prophet stretched out his right hand. Amr withdrew his hand. The Prophet said: “What has happened to you, O Amr?” He replied, “I intend to lay down a condition.” The Prophet asked: “What condition do you intend to put forward?” Amr said, “That God forgive my sins.” The Prophet, may the mercy and blessings of God be upon him, said: “Didn’t you know that converting to Islam erases all previous sins? Narrated in Saheeh Muslim, #121, and Mosnad Ahmad, #17357.

After converting to Islam, the person will be rewarded for his or her good and bad deeds according to the following saying of the Prophet Muhammad: “Your Lord, Who is blessed and exalted, is most merciful. If someone intends to do a good deed but does not do it, a good deed will be recorded for him. And if he does do it, (a reward of) ten to seven hundred or many more times (the reward of the good deed), will be recorded for him. And if someone intends to do a bad deed but does not do it, a good deed will be recorded for him. And if he does do it, a bad deed will be recorded against him or God will wipe it out.” Narrated in Mosnad Ahmad, #2515, and Saheeh Muslim, #131.

Every nation has a law,any grown up man or woman understands that. Back in the times of ancient Israel stoning an adulterous woman was also part of their law. In other countries a capital punishment of death is also being observed. My question now to you is why single out Islam?

I'm in favor of restoring capital punishment. Since the capital punishment was abolished in our country, many lawless elements sprung up. But even capital punishment alone properly implemented, this cannot solve our problems. Remember that according to the bible, we are living in the last days 2nd Timothy 3:1,2. The Bible foretold of these fierce and troublesome times. But carefully notice in verse 2 why these times will be so perilous, “For men shall be lovers of their own selves…” It is selfish and sinful PEOPLE who make life so difficult… “For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God” (2nd Timothy 3:2-4). Wow! What a rotten bunch! And here’s the most shocking part – (notice I’m not singling out Islam but I’m speaking to us Christians) – read verse 5, “Having a form of godliness…” They’re religious! Some of the biggest hypocrites and backstabbers in this world are religious people.
Let’s look unto America who are Bible believers but they named one of their cities… SIN CITY! Woe unto America!
America has murdered 48,000,000 babies through abortion! They (so called Christians) are an unholy people. No wonder Islam’s called them The Great Satan.
They condemn arab suicide-bombers, while they have already killed 655,000 INNOCENT Iraqis! What right do we have as a nation to condemn other nations? Who do we think we are? I’ll tell you – a bunch of ungrateful spoiled brats! In God We Trust? Please, don’t make me vomit!
Also, we Filipinos are supposed to be the model in Asia claiming as a Christian nation for many centuries, but look what we have done. We are bringing the name of Christ in shame.
Many of our religious brothers are corrupt and Juiting Lords. Unless we repent we shall all likewise perish - Luke 13:3.

But when muslim preachers preach "death to infidels" instead of love and acceptance as brothers and sisters, how can we call this faith non violent? When one group thinks their "Book" is Right, and others are not, how can we stand side by side? When one group thinks everybody has to convert to "Islam" and looks at other people of the Book as infidels, how can trust be nurtured? The christian church already came out of the mentality of the middle ages .. unfortunately, the muslims are still in! so sad!

I don't understand the concept of praying to a stone/wooden perceived holy statues among christians. The mentality is like those romans and the greek where people from centuries ago pray to images created by man.
