I think it will be better if the PB turns it's attention to relevant undertakings instead of regulating massage parlors. Prostitution has been with us since the beginning of history. It has not been stopped ever since. Does the Cebu PB think they can stop this by legislature? In your dreams. Maybe they can make a small dent if they can improve people's lives, this they can if they will just do their jobs & minimize corruption. ...But, given the quality & mindset of our politicians this is an even harder thing to do, nay, an impossibility.

Don’t associate Lingam to a simple hand j*b, because it is not the same. People who had mistakenly associated it are either misinformed or just plainly close minded.
