the people has high expectations from the president. maybe its good or bad, but the fact is people has high expectations from him, thats why theres maybe no room for error or maybe theres small.

there are good criticism, there are bad, but criticizing our president is not pulling him down, its just to point out the bad decisions he has made to make him better leader the next time. thats why you criticize to enlighten someone his/her mistakes, right?
Yes bro... so we should address our criticism in a constructive way and not the otherwise.

Good economy? Have you heard of this thing called BUDGET DEFICIT?

i wonder why a president should reply to such a letter from a citizen. its rare. just shows how weak he is.
I don't see how replying to a citizen like you or me is a sign of weakness... would you rather he snub regular people like us and only listen to the powerful and connected?

The worst thing a president can do is isolate himself from common citizens and live in his own fantasy world surrounded by and cavorting with corrupt people. Oh wait... wer talking about PGMA....

true identify the mistake then come up with a solution that's always been the rule of the thumb... the global community is closely watching how we respond to this crisis so if you don't have anything good to say just don't say anything, let those in the position do what's needed to be done...

okay well how did you address your criticism? was it in a constructive way or you were just simply bashing around... how should we treat you then? you are apparently just bashing Mr. Aquino my point is its not gonna do us good...

do you read/watch news? the last time i checked investigative panel reviewed media's guidelines in in covering news... president lang gihapon? unsa naman lang diay gamet anang mga opisyalis nga gitalaga dihang posisyona kung tanan adto sa presidente?

wasnt he watching the drama while it was ongoing? what did he do? he could have called the media and put a stop to it... or delayed the broadcast...

oh come on that excuse of being only a human is crap...

yes... thats why we are pointing out his/our mistakes... if no one points his or our mistake do you think we can make a better place?

they are watching so you should say that to our ohh soo responsible president... did they do what needs to be done?

so cutting budget does mean we have a bad economy? our economy is doing good, were growing better than other countries. Jobless rate at lowest since Oct 2008, $ exchange rate down to 43 from previous 44. GDP grows every quarter in a rate of 5-8% (2nd quarter was 7.9) if this is not a sign of good economy, what is it then? so, you will exclude the last administration how was this possible? Pnoy hasn't done too much so i can surely say its due to the last administration.

in my opinion, replying to such a blog post of criticism, is like you have admitted that you take the blame/it is your fault, its like you agree his insights/criticism fully well. i think there is what we call pride and honor. didnt i say, i would read it and i will get something from it, but i wouldnt reply if i were him.

I can't see anything wrong about replying to an ordinary citizen on FB either its Pnoy himself or his officials. As far as I can remember the Aquino administration made such acct(fb) to get the voice of ordinary citizens like us like complaints, comments, suggestions. Diba mas nindot man na madunggan jud ang tingog sa kadaghanan? And of course its better if you get a feedback from them which means naa jud mobasa sa imo letter or comment.

The complete saying should be that everyone makes mistakes, but not everyone learns from them. Or that everyone makes mistakes, but only a fool makes the same mistake twice. Something like that

I dont see how replying to criticism is a way of admitting ones fault.

At the end of the day, I would rather have a president that doesn't hide behind his position.

What good is pride and honor if it means snubbing or avoiding people who question him? He is after all a public servant and as so, has to answer to the people.
