thats true.pero kato nag work pako as supervisor sa usa ka esl school. amo boss nga korean dili mo hire ug walay experience. some schools dont offer intensive training. when i started esl way back 2004 i was given a book and a classroom, being a cmsci grad with call center as my bckground they offerd me the lowest rate. thats the reality. mao sayangan ko sa uban nga kabalo mo teach pero offeran ug gamay just becuse walay experience. so with training atleast the chances of getting hired and good offer is higher. plus you as a new teacher ma lessen na ang trial an error stage.

sa akong gtrabahoan before, CPILS. mohire man cla bsan walai experience bsta kamao lang ka, BSN graduate gud ko. they offer good training there, nindot kai mga maau ang trainers. mao rman cguro ghapon dli mani counted as experience but training which i think mobalik ghapon ka ug nahire nka kai ang skuls lahi2 man ug pamaagi. ok rpud ilang salary as compared with other schools.

hi itzurisen CPILS ka? what year ka didto? I started my esl career with CPILS way back 2004. I'm a comsci grad with only call center background when I applied before and they gave me 35 pesos per hour, that was 2004. maau nalang I was able to prove them wrong that my worth is not only 35 hehehe after 6 months I was offered a sup position. Yea, I agree with you, nice ila training specially to Ms. Monina Arpan( i think she is married now) I dunno her last name na. Ang uban man gud mahagbong sa demo. anyways lahi lahi man ug paagi mga schools here.

some of our trainees sa esl kay they are applying abroad like sa china or thailand. ngita lang sila ug more certificates.
