Migrating in those place is like living in the Philippines. Correct me if I'm wrong, the TS wants to migrate to have a better future for his/her family...away from chaotic politics, pollution, and a sense of change in lifestyle ug mo asenso ang kinabuhi.
Now, I think those countries that you have mentioned are not fit for migrating, they are only for vacations.

I would suggest new zealand. Walay samok. Its cold, its not a 3rd world country, its not overpopulated, and it has a country side as well as a city side.
