if stricto ang judge parents consent jud basta below 25..
para ma klaro unsa ang difference between "parents consent" ug "parental advise"
PARENTS CONSENT is required when below 21 years old. Even if in our law, a citizen is of legal age when
he is 18 years of age. Still parents consent is needed to get a marriage license.
PARENTS ADVISE is required when the person is 21 to 25 years of age. Shall be obliged if parents are still living. puede ra any of the mama or the papa mo sign sa marriage license.
Key word diri "OBLIGED" so kinahanglanon gyud if you are still living with your parents.
however if you can prove that you are already separated and is not dependent sa imo parents, then the Civil Registrar will note that you are already "emancipated" meaning wala na mag salig sa ginikanan.
26 years old and above .... na hala tumbling tumbling pa ka wala nay mo pugong nimo. hahaha
nice info.....
if nagkasinabot mo din GO! basta dli mamatay tao payts ra
possible if you're in the legal age na... 25 up is ok...
