suspension - the 1st and 2nd gen apv sports a mcpherson strut in the front, but both differs at the rear. the 2nd gen apv has replaced the 1st gen apv's leaf springs and instead used torsion springs connected to the middle area of the apv. because of this, the gen2 apv's suspension is rigid.

bro for more info about APV.. you can visit our club suzuki site...

    bati APV oi!

had my 2nd day of test drive for the APV Type II or Gen 2 tawag sa uban...tested it from Mandaue to SRP Minglanilla. i was with 4 adults and 1 child (my daughter). fairly cloudy 11 am. APV didnt have tint

    my observation:
    - aircon was acceptable even at third row considering wala pa siya tint. although secondary unit was a bit noisy at level 2 blower.
    - best third row seat leg room. better than the CRV and Fortuner, im about 5'8" and i sat there going to Talisay via SRP, dili gyud mo sangko imong tuhod
    - dili na kaayo siya uyog compared sa Type I nga leafspring
    - nindot na ug dashboard with carbon fiber accent ang center console
    - 8 seater capacity for the bench row seat and 7 for the captain seat
    - 8K/L for city driving
    - 2 Din Stereo (CD and Cassette)
    - all power
    - fog lamp and rear spoiler
    - 1.6L engine

ang ako lang reklamo is ang manual type niya huot kaayo ang floor space sa driver side. sa ako tiil(size 11) maglisod ko ug pahimutang since wla siya footrest. also offset gamay ang pedals in relation with the steering and driver seat. this is due to the space constraint made by the wheel base.

since it has high center of gravity, medyo luhag gyud sya if mo agi sa lubak or uneven road...pero same raman sad siguro sa dagko sakyanan.

    PRICE: - P785K for GLX/MT and P860K for SLX/AT

i bought a suzuki apv 1.6 mt last feb 17, 2012 at suzuki manila bay, when the sales agent turn over to me the vehicle it already runs for 51 kilometeres and wala pa kaming 200 meters away from the sales office where we bought the vehicle namatayan na kami ng makina tapos sobrang bagal ng takbo ng sasakyan, this is all been communicated with the sales agent but the sales agent didnt do something, wala pang manual at spare key na binigay sa amin on the day of the release ng unit. 1 month after that was march 19, 2012 namatay na ung engine ng tuluyan, umaandar sya pero ayaw na talagang humatak as in naging periodic ung sira nya hanggang sa umusok yung sasakyan at ayaw na talagang umandar dinala ko un sa suzuki alabang via shuttle para matrouble shoot but when we again got the car after 3 days na ginawa pinalitan daw ung 4 na spark plugs dahil nabasa because of some wiring problems paglabas nya nasa 5th gear na dahil umiiyak ung makina pero 50kph pa rin ang takbo ayaw umangat and then we brought it back sa suzuki manila bay and nakipagcoordinate din kami sa suzuki philippines kay Mr. Hoshikura and Mr. Fugoso but wala pa ring nagawa ang suzuki philippines masyadong garapal ang suzuki manila bay na hindi pinansin ung complaint namin at clutch pedal lng daw ang sira. Pero nung nilabas namin sya ulit for the last time sa service station nila sira pa rin cung clutch pedal and wala silang gustong gawin kundi tanggapin ng customer ang defective vehicle, to think na came from their agent said na sigurado sila sa lahat ng unit nila nagkataon lng na defective ung napunta sa amin. But still suzuki manila bay and suzuki philippines didnt do about this ni ndi ka nila aasikasuhin at kahit mapudpod ang mga daliri mo sa pggawa ng mga letters to them ndi sila marunong sumagot. Kaya if i were you people and ayaw nyo pang ma-stress ang buhay nyo dun na lng kayo sa brand na talagang subok na when it comes sa performance, all of the promos of suzuki are deceiving and ung mga staff nila wala ka ring aasahan so you better prefer the more professional and kilala ng brand na lng.

i dont think so kc ung suzuki apv namin nasa 5th gear na 50kph pa rin takbo ndi umaangat ung rpm sabi ng ahente at ng service advisor design daw ng suzuki apv (pinangtapat nilang suv) na may delay daw yun pag nagshishift ng gear mas maganda iba na lng kuhanin mo ung mas kilala na lng and talagang marami nang service station sa pilipinas na brand. mahihirapan ka lang sa suzuki when it comes sa staff, handling, performance, sa presyo mahal din ndi ka lng masasatisfy.
