Octavarium, for me, is their most experimental, in the modern sense.Â* They're using drum machines, turntables, what have you.
Images And Words is still my number 1 in my list.
sakto gyud........if you want dream theater at its best Images and Words gyud..........
next is Awake, then a change of seasons, di kaayo ko ganahan sa falling into infinity butÂ* naa siya great moments pud....like trial of tears, anna lee, lines in the sand, peruvian skies and of course hells kitchen my fav. dream theater instrumental the rest is mediocre....
thenÂ* metropolis some say its their best but dili kaayo nako type kay dramatic ra kaayo....... but nindot gihapon.........
thenÂ* came train of thoughtÂ* .....wla na kaayo ko ma thrill coz they sound like metallica......ive heard almost all metallica albums mao na dili kaayo ko gananhan sa train of thought then came octavarium.......dis appointing kaayo........
by the way ang six degrees ra ang wala pa ko kadungog..........but ang first record nila is also excellent pero poor lang ang quality sa recording kay wala pa kaayo sila budget......but you can hear some of John Petruccis greatest guitar solos there, he sometimes sound like eddie van halen........ payter ang when dream and day unite......kuyaw sad og tingog ni si charlie dominicci mura mura og geddy lee(rush)sometimes mura pud og steve perry(journey)............
I dont know why he left the group............
