I am just quite confused, please enlighten me for those who applied or employed you can share your experience as well. kay para nako ang management very unprofessional, way ayo!!

I am applying my desire position but HR put me to another position because as HR told me the position I am applying was already no vacant, I heartily accept it because it's a job. after a weeks of training (they still hired applicants, SAME POSITION I HAD APPLIED) and HR put me into another position. BUT AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS of training HR TOLD ME TO GO BACK HOME AND MUCH BETTER DON'T COME BACK ANYMORE! Grabe! nainsulto kaayo ko.

Is that their polite way of telling you that you were not good enough I am just quite consfused.. Please enlighten me.

Hmm.. no offend bro, but it could be that they're not satisfied by your working results? I know you're salary is not that high but feeding people it not that easy too.. Sometimes we use our emotions to complain because we did not meet our expectations . The problem is , did the employer also meet their expectations from you ?

I am saying this considering and basing from experience . I was in the FOOD and BEVERAGE INDUSTRY for 15 years .

below minimum? ang nahibaw-an nako anang below minimum kay ok ra basta less 10 persons ang katrabaho anang kumpaniya pero dapat 8 hours rasad dili 9 hours. its against the labor code. bring this case to Dole..ayaw ni balewalaa kay daghan pa ni silang biktimahon na taga sugbo kung magpadayon ni na walay mopokpok sa ila ulo!
