Lingam massage "not bringing a good name to Cebu"

THE presence of Cebu spas offering so-called “lingam” massages got the attention of a Spa and Wellness Association of Cebu (Swac) official who brought the matter to the Cebu Health and Wellness Council (CHWC) for discussion.

Swac president Johnie Lim said council members have agreed to issue a public statement against the offering of “lingam” massage, saying that “this kind of massage is
not bringing a good name to Cebu.”

.. lol. DTI shouldn't have given them a permit to operate in the first place. This kind of massage is expensive but they are not targeting the locals but the foreigners. This is actually good for Cebu tourism.

acrtually there are lots of locals availing this services bro. specially the on located in mabolo. in fact there are 2 linggam massage parlor in the same street

I hope NBI would put a stop to this stupidy "ligamm massage" they are just diverting and giving prostitution a new name. They claim that this type of massage can improve a males erection problem... but hey just like they say "constant *** makes you live longer' so why not legalize prostitution nalang. kinsa may gui ilad nila oi.

aw, with the proliferation of "spas" offering such, it is just about right that they ban it na gyud. It IS a seemingly legitimate way of advertising to the public that they do in fact offer "extras"
