so far with my "off-season" weight... 800lbs freeweights, 8-10 reps...

atak uy, its not that impressive... hehehe... anyway, karon wala nako ka balik ug gamit sa freeweights nga leg press... the machine leg press @ bodytone lahi ang kwenta... max is 410lbs (off-season, add 2 - 45lbs plates para patong) ang lahi ang igo, very very hard at the start but mo gaan gamay after 50% of push... mas nindot gyud agi ang free weights nga leg press...
off-season... i call it like that lang when i'm NOT on a diet... i eat whatever i want... and hanap ang limit pud.. hehehe.. eating is my most important hobby...
kung mag workout ko, mura gyud ko naa'y kontra... labi na 3rd or 4th set na... hehehe... i'm a freak i know hahaha...![]()
