I think this is similar to Sarte's Philosophy-Man is absolutely free that we can choose what we choose like to be,as long as you work for it. But my teacher said there are things that we cannot do anything and just live according to it. Just like this positive thinking, even if you have a positive thinking if circumstances will not let you then you can't.
