    CALL-In policy

*it differs per company but lets take i.e. sa 2 hour callin policy

OBP companys do take Sechedule Adherance strictly anything below 97% is already questionable.

-if your late 3 times in a month its already subject to verbal warning if you play buy the book

anywho, it really depends per sup. if your dead sick and cant move some sups will still insist to have reps goto work and have the nurse evaluate them, tapos kung dili gyud ma dala its either ipa uli sa balay using the company car or goto the hospital with the nurse

if its due to weather issues, kung bagyo im sure they will consider but if your already aware that ur area in a flood prone (asuming regular rainy season), as what i posted before you have plenty of options to use, i.e. goto work early, tawag taxi, text sa imong friends na pag pa tawag taxi kung wala kay landline.... this will go forever sa mga options.
or make request sa company na pa kuha ka sa company car... NO EXCUSES

as what i said depende sa sabot sa sup nimo.... wala mahimo ang mgr kung dili mu issue ug warning ang sup...its not that bad

wouldnt it also be unfair sa mga tao na layo ka.au ug balay nya nag baha pa gyud pero ni sulod sa work compared for those na dulo nya nag baha nya dili mu call-in on time?

if you where mugged namansad... nya manawag ka sa sup tapos less than 2 hours kay ma late or absent ka, for the mean time hagbong ang imong schedule adherance, nya kung tarong ang imong sup then ma magic ra na nila..... as long as though you are not making it up....

lastly.... kung mu reklamo sa policy then resign.... dont complaint on something u already agreed to abide. KAPOY BAYAD UNION FEES...... NAG EVAT NAGIN UNION FEES PA GYUD.....

Bsan all of them had summitted beforehand years ago when they started working. Ingon ang admin, nabasa daw tungod sa bagyo. Stupid noh?

We knew what they were up to, they wanted to get rid of all of CNMS old employees including working students. With just a day before enrollment period ends, with about 38 working students still unenrolled they were left with no choice. I organized a dialougue (ambot lang unsa'y akong nakaon, bec. volunteer ra gud ko didto and graduating pa gyud) and we went straight to the University President's Office, together with Student Body Officers(maayo na lang STAND and incumbent that time) and seeked audience with the President. Telling him, we'll go straight to SUNSTAR kung wla'y mahitabo sa dialog.

We told the admin, NOBODY else can run the org. you take over EXCEPT US, so it's either you take us back in or it will be your embarassment.Thankfully they saw this, the negotiation went well and all the 38 working students were enrolled and INSERT SUBJECT previliges (kay na late enrollment man sila). Ni-apil sad ko ug pagka working student so na FREE in the process akong last sem sa school.

The lesson I've learned is that, go to the negotiating table first and air out your grievances. Be wise enough to know the tactics of the management/admin. Know your options, if all else fails which in our case was the media exposure. But I was only able to do this kay I was still part of the system, otherwise wla sad ko'y mabuhat. s**t, like this happens. Just make sure when you make mass action it will be a success, otherwise it will be disastrous for everyone.

Since you're out, let yourself be in peace. You had your chance, you had let it slip by. MOVE ON.

good for you. technically, i don't need to move on coz there was no obstacle in the first place. i just thought of discussing that's all. after all this is a forum. hehe!!

You know what all of what you said is sensible and is so true but in reality, i am equally surprised why some supes make it so difficult.Â* Their excuse?Â* because they are pressured by higher management so they in turn pass it down to the agents.Â* Using your analogy, it's just like EVAT being passed down to the consumers. A good supe or even manager should know better.

Take note, in your statement you said "kung tarong imong supe" but unfortunately mas daghan ang buang or na buang na lang kay gi brainwash.

Judge: Wal-Mart Employees Can Sue Over Alleged Unpaid Hours

PHILADELPHIA (AP) -- A judge approved a class-action lawsuit against Wal-Mart Stores Inc. by employees in Pennsylvania who say the company pressured them to work off the clock, claims that mirror those in suits filed around the country.

here's what i think in response to a portion of the primary artice posted...

companies are obliged, by law, to give you the right salary and benefits agreed upon being commensurate for your services, security, and provide for your needs whilst at work and within the company's premises and field of jurisdiction.

but with the consideration that most companies do not have any provision for getting employees to the workplace, would it be fair if they be held responsible for any incidents that occur outside that field of jurisdiction?

    WATCH YOUR ATTITUDE!

mao jud!!! kini man sad gud uban natong mga politico nahan lang jud magpapapel klaro kaau wala polos ilang mga suggestions.

ang ilang responsibilidad kay ipasa sa lain. the call center companies have already done its share in terms of giving right salaries ang benefits as wat PissKhanXXX said, i guess it would be fair enough if the Government esp the LGU's will do its share by providing security to the employees

hmmm murag naka kita ug dakong pagkakitaan ang taga TUCP in the call center industries dah or nasuko ni cla kay wala cla ka solod sa mga call centers ... kay na ngita man jud cla ug bikil sa mga call center companies
