    companies who cannot offer reliable fulltime jobs dont deserve fulltime availability. i mean, parttime-man nalang na sila so that you can pursue other opportunities.

    lesson learned, if you know better, don't build your future in a call center.

    whatever the people in your orientation tell you about the size or history of their call center don't believe them. a call center fold, pack & go business. just think of it as a stepping stone, for new graduates and a pang tawid-gutom for veteran job hunters. the moment you start to think you can build your future on one, then you are seriously making a terribly wrong life-decision.

    yeah they do have this mandatory "undertime option". what they probably mean is the management's option and not the employee's.

    so the bosses opted to send you home.
