first of all Naay FREE call center training. Motivater yourself to go to TESDA, and they will let you choose where you want to train eithter in bigfoot , call center academy, informatics and elsewhere.
ive been there and choosed callcneter academy.
However you need to undergo oral exam. all you need is to use your listening skills. and full attention. jus listen to the computer and do what it said. its the stock knowledge you learnde from the school. And if you just have the presence of mind is very Easy.
Examples:
-reconstructy the sentence:
computer says: is reading mother the newspaper.
you answer: Mother is reading the newspaper.
if the trafic is free flowing ,what color is the traffic light?

TIP: so when you are on the middle of the training dont think its a school , its a trainig ground for an incoming war. so dont jus sit down silently listening to ur classmates participate. Get your sword and sharpen your toungue .
good news: The class is FUN , you are talking all the time in ENGLISH , cracking jokes in ENGLISH
conclusion: Be the center of attention , crack jokes and VOLUNTEER all the time.
So when your READY , fully prepared ,fully armored and ready for the Battle . full of CONFIDENCE.
Do the interview , commit yourself to apply on all the call center .
