Call Center Salary increases with Experience?

IS IT true CALLcenter companies offer big paychecks if you already have a callcenter experience when you apply to their companies? i'm currently working in a callcenter and i'm planning to resign in hopes of getting a bigger paycheck than what i'm receiving right now.

its called a premium,

when you apply you get paid more compared to newbies, however its not that much of a difference, maybe around 1-2k.

before getting attracted with the premiums + sign up bonuses, try to check first what you will get from your company if you get promoted or stay longer, if you think its not worth it and youre willing to start again in a new account then go ahead.

mostly they will just compare it with your salary of the prev company or will just ncrease it with 1k, pro depende pud sa position. im referring to Customer Service positions ra pud.

advantage jud for a high salary offer if you came from a reputable call center or you have a wide experience already.
