Hi Farirah, How are you doin, matey?
OT: been to Adelaide recently?
In paragraph one above, do you have spa for 3?
. There are spa with water jets from all directions that can fit 3 person. That's very kinky if you get an invite from an actress living below
. That's one of the problems in condo living. It's easy to organized party with your condo neighbours. You know what can happen in an out of control party? It can be very noisy like a turkey. Not to mention when the party gets really exciting. We may hear some headboard banging in there.
Please remember that cultured and educated neighbours doesn't guarantee a good/behave neighbours. What if he's a stalker? You are in big trouble.
In paragraph 2 above, you sound like you are a real estate salesperson. Believe me I have a lot of friends from a real estate company. I know how they sound like.
I accept your selling opinion. Unfortunately, I respectfully disagree with you. Except, that it's true that you can save money instead of staying in a hotel. I agree with that. But, the issues that I raised is always on my mind because those scenarios happened to me or someone I know. Besides, I prefer a free standing house just a few meters from a rushing river rapids. That's my ideal house.
A friend of mine who works in a real estate said to me. Everytime a site becomes too problematic, they will sell the Strata Management Rights ASAP. Just to get rid of the problems.
I'm sure that is also true to highrise owners anywhere.
I sure your drinking water is nice. And I like Mt. Apo too. I'm hoping to climb that sometime in the future. But water in CDO is not that bad at all. And you can buy a water filtration system. From the highend Reverse Osmosis, to 3-stage filtration, to single-stage filtration system. Water Filtration System is already wide used nowadays. And if I'm getting a climbing etch, I'll just head to Bukidnon and do one of the mountain in Kintanglad ranges.
My turn. You should try whitewater rafting in CDO. I guarantee it will wet your appetite. If the adrenaline is not enough on rafting then do the whitewate kayaking.
OT: When you're in Henley. You look back towards the city following the path of Torrens River. You'll noticed that the terrain looks like CDO.
The height of the hills is almost the same.
Have a good day.
cheers,
Bisaya Dako
