Paghilom mo tanan oi... Taga Talakag, Bukidnon ko and I will say nga mas nindot puy-an ang Talakag, Bukidnon sa Mindanao. Kalayo ra anang DABAW ug KAGAYAN when we talk about the best place to live. Sa Bukidnon, fresh air, peaceful, daghan punoan sa kahoy and other green vegetation, when you wakeup in the morning you can hear the chirping of birds dili pariha sa inyong mga syudad nga napuno ug aso sa sakyanan, congested traffic, high rise buildings, mga kawatan, snatchers, daghan tao as in populated...

So kung ako ang pangutan-on I would say sa Bukidnon ang nindot puy-an, ug ang Dabaw ug kagayan are not even in the choices.

Unsaon man lugar nato na ang mga skyscrapers sa inyong syudad nga gipanghinambog kung dili na imo or you are not even operating business diha kay uyamot nga empleyado ra ka? unsaon man na nimo ang Ayala Malls ug uban pa nga malls kung shopper ra man ka diha and your don't even own a single boutique or business diha? unsaon man nimo na ang nindot nga Bars and restaurant kung dili ikaw ang ga operate diha? unsaon man nimo na ang inyong gipanghinambog ug panaway nga good/bad attitude sa inyong mga kababayan kung ikaw walay mahimo about ana? Puro lang hinambog sa inyong mga Syudad when in fact unsa kaha inyo na contribute para mulambo na inyong syudad?

So ako is Paghilom mo kay pariha ra mong tanan naghinambog sa inyong mga syudad nga murag ka da best na ba sa tanan syudad nga pariha ra man japon populated and polluted cities ra man japon...

in davao, its a private gated complex. provided with security. therei is always someone in the strata mangement to call for you complains. the unit is turned over to you brand new. if there are defects, there is management to ran to for complaints. am sure repairs costs will not be passed on to you as added fee. but developers in davao are big names in the industry and have good reputations it tells. in davao, it is a convenience to live close to all facilities especially to where you are working. close to accessible transport to any tourist destinations and resorts. if youre not from davao, it is a very wise decision to own a condo home, it gives you assurance of homey place to stay ech time you come for a visit than looking for hotel room of your choice on the spot that isnt always available especially during festival season and holidays in davao and philippines. thats your investment of lifetime. so bisayadako, i suggest you buy one in davao. now.

and... you have a free flowing mineralised by nature sweet quality drinking water drawn from the deepest underground water table of the foothills of mount apo ranges, right out of you faucets.
Hi Farirah, How are you doin, matey?
    OT: been to Adelaide recently?

In paragraph one above, do you have spa for 3? . There are spa with water jets from all directions that can fit 3 person. That's very kinky if you get an invite from an actress living below . That's one of the problems in condo living. It's easy to organized party with your condo neighbours. You know what can happen in an out of control party? It can be very noisy like a turkey. Not to mention when the party gets really exciting. We may hear some headboard banging in there. Please remember that cultured and educated neighbours doesn't guarantee a good/behave neighbours. What if he's a stalker? You are in big trouble.

In paragraph 2 above, you sound like you are a real estate salesperson. Believe me I have a lot of friends from a real estate company. I know how they sound like. I accept your selling opinion. Unfortunately, I respectfully disagree with you. Except, that it's true that you can save money instead of staying in a hotel. I agree with that. But, the issues that I raised is always on my mind because those scenarios happened to me or someone I know. Besides, I prefer a free standing house just a few meters from a rushing river rapids. That's my ideal house.

A friend of mine who works in a real estate said to me. Everytime a site becomes too problematic, they will sell the Strata Management Rights ASAP. Just to get rid of the problems. I'm sure that is also true to highrise owners anywhere.

I sure your drinking water is nice. And I like Mt. Apo too. I'm hoping to climb that sometime in the future. But water in CDO is not that bad at all. And you can buy a water filtration system. From the highend Reverse Osmosis, to 3-stage filtration, to single-stage filtration system. Water Filtration System is already wide used nowadays. And if I'm getting a climbing etch, I'll just head to Bukidnon and do one of the mountain in Kintanglad ranges.

My turn. You should try whitewater rafting in CDO. I guarantee it will wet your appetite. If the adrenaline is not enough on rafting then do the whitewate kayaking.

OT: When you're in Henley. You look back towards the city following the path of Torrens River. You'll noticed that the terrain looks like CDO. The height of the hills is almost the same.

    Have a good day.

    cheers,
    Bisaya Dako
