kanang survey is part na xa sa marketing strategy sa usa ka company (business management 101). dinha nila ma-determine if, say gusto sila mohimo ug new products, daghan ba ang mopalit sa ilang products or mo-patronize nila. also, if nagka-scandal ang isa ka company, madetermine nila kung NAA PA BAY mo-patronize nila, despite sa mistake nga ilang nabuhat before. mao na xa akong na-learn sa akong business management class.
