    There are men (and women) who are so full of themselves, and we must say to them:

    Italian: ma gavte la nata

    translation - take out the cork. You say it to one who is so full of himself, the idea being that what causes him/her to swell and strut is the pressure of a cork stuck in his behind.

    but i say HIM.

    In my home country in Italy we say: kutcharita platito tinidor.... ma gavte na lata.

    I learned to research and study before i say something.

    and that the best revenge you could give them

    is to smile as if you never knew they existed..

    - Work under pressure or super under pressure.
    - Work in a team.
    - Work with less supervision.
    - Finish the deadline or get a memo.
    - Using my leave when applying to other company.
