i was wondering where i can get tarot decks in cebu... previously i saw sa natl bkstore sa ayala however wla naman karon.

u can actually start reading a cheap book --- naa sa natl bkstore ra everything tarot card
but to practice u gotta have the trumps and all the minor cards

tarot cards are used for divinations (meaning GUESSING the future)

for example if you pick the MAGICIAN card on the deck... it means you need to take initiative for something however if the card is upside down it means to NOT take initiative...

just like zodiac signs, feng shui and the likes
