Polio? Paktay ta ana ui!

Many of them are already doing away from the true meaning of Paleo Diet. It was created by virtue of Primal Living which is equal to Whole Foods Diet as the medical term says it. Our grannies are doing this their entire lives because their time was free from GMOs and other processed foods.

If your grains were whole foods, than by essence it is Paleo. In fact all grains that comes from the earth and aren't hybrids are whole food. Substituting white rice to brown rice only to increase Arsenic content is so wrong. White rice is the safest rice you can get and history tells us that white rice was only given/offered/served to Nobles and the Elites during the medieval.

So please, who says white rice is unsafe? Just look at Japanese and Korean natives who averaged 88-90 yrs of age, are they eating mashed potatoes and other subs? No.

Are all of them on Paleo/Whole Food Diet? Yes, in a way that they're plates are filled with whole meats, seafoods, eggs, vegetables, fruits and ferments that are naturally present on earth.

So is Paleo effective? Yes. I shifted in this primal living quite strictly when I started Calisthenics and bought my own small farm lot. Since then, I gained around 2lbs of muscle-weight but remained 13-15% BF for a few years now. I mix in Movnat from time to time.

PS: I still dine out and eat junks every weekends though.
