    Default Need Gout Diet Advise


    Hi I'm Frocky a 25 years old male and suffering from obesity and gouty arthritis. I need help on my food intake. Please suggest a food or fruits kanang available lang diri sa Cebu. Salamat kaayo istoryans!

    Foods to avoid.

    • Red meat and organ meats (liver, tongue and sweetbreads)
    • Shellfish such as shrimp and lobster
    • Refined carbohydrates (white bread, white rice, pasta, sugar)
    • Processed foods (chips, snack foods, frozen dinners)
    • Sugary beverages
    • Alcohol


    And also consult your doctor for proper medication and intervention.

    Gouty arthritis has been under study since the beginning of time, pero wala pa gyuy solution ana.

    Try to go vegan. Generally, gout is related to meats and processed foods intake daw kuno.
