Hi dukot, dili pareha ug industry ang CAP and INSURANCE. Pre-need si CAP regulated by SEC wala ni sila standard REQUIRED pondo while sa insurance company regulated by IC (insurance commission) duna na REQUIRED paid-up capital and increasing. And walay insurance nga nisara if duna man gali saluhon ni sa mas daku na insurance.
