in the event that you were terminated from work because of absences due to medical reason and there is a training bond are you still bound to pay the training bond?
i have a friend from 24/7 who was terminated due to absences. this friend of mine had a medical certificate to present but still he was terminated because his number of absences was more than the allowed number of absences. he was also told by ES and his trainer that he can still re-apply since he was terminated due to absences because of medical reason. he is asking if he needs to pay first the training bond before he can apply again...
PLS HELP US...
