Day 5
everything was going fine, did exercise and was spot on the diet)..... until dinner(hotpot galore, mostly meat though and some noodles, I don't know kung counted buh toh)... we had a few shots of JW black and some rumcoke
Lost 10kgs in 3 months.. then I weighted in na sad yesterday and gained 3kgs in just 2 freakin' weeks!
I'll go back to jogging nasad after shift starting tomorrow.

Pero sakto jud ka nga di lan gyud magpalabi.. Control control din pag may time. Mubalik na gyud ko ug jogging everyday! Sayang din ang pinaghirapan.
