    Default Regarding Istore Warranty.

    Guys ask lang ko ba, akong Iphone 5c which is under warranty pa kay dili na mugana ang home button mao to ni adto ko sa Istore ayala last day.. they said nga niburot daw ang battery mao wala na mugana ang home button. So niana cla nga i surrender daw akong phone kay naa daw possibility nga unit replacement.. akong iphone 5c kay sa Smart to cya plan.. So akong question is if naa koy bayran regarding sa service ug replacement? nakalimot sad ko pangutana kay nag assume ko wala kay wala man sila mag mention regarding if naa bay bayranan... help istoryans...

    Katry kog pailis sa iStore, eligible akong 5S ug replacement pero wa nako gipailis nila kay 1 month daw waiting time kay ila pang ipada sa singapore. In my case ako nalay gada niya sa singapore and got a replacement on site. Walay box and accessories kay unit ra may gisurrender. Hatagan ra kag acknowledgement nga bag.o na imong serial number para mumatch sa serial number sa box.
