2010 Toilet Paper Wedding Dress Winner Announced

The designs can make any kind of wedding dress they want to, provided that it's made out of toilet paper. The winner earns $1000 for his or her effort, and the only qualification is that it actually has to be worn by somebody and be durable enough to survive an entire wedding.This year was the sixth year in a row that they've held this event. The winner ended up being a woman named Galit Zeierman, whose design ended up being more of a mini wedding dress with one shoulder strap, and that strap had a white paper bird on it, a plunging sweetheart neckline, what looked like an embroidered corset bodice, a short skirt that reminds people of what a ballerina might wear, and a paper bird hair accessory to match what's on the shoulder. As you can see, it's very stylish and also amazingly durable. There was no word on whether someone was actually going to wear it for wedding or not.The top three wedding dresses in this year's competition were all amazing. Both the second and third place winner went a bit more traditional with their wedding gowns, with strapless wedding gowns that cinched at the waist and flow down to the floor. As a matter fact, most of the wedding dresses that were submitted for the contest were long, which helps the winning wedding dress stand out from the crowd.The company is looking to make this a bigger event for 2011, so they've already started to look for sponsors to help make prizes bigger and possibly award more entries.
