That happens sometimes which is a common thing well i would say that try and keep things good in terms of how easily you can deal them and at the same time moving ahead in terms of following what Scrum Suggests you and the way you get from it when its about leading a project and accomplishing it which does matter a lot in a way.

naka suway ko permi basta ang cliente way klaro,... naa na sa tunga2x na magpa usab2x og bisan unsa (maro2x style)

then walay additional budget, then additional time sa akoa..


ang akong style kay if 1 month na then daghan pa silag ipa hangyo, mag stop ko work then mo singil ko full amount. if dili sila mo hatag then stop ko sa project.

if mo hatag sila full then sabotan ang next month pila ang rate...

lisod ang project for one month ma abtan og 2-3 months kay sige nalag revamp ilang huna2x di maghuwat sa deadline, bisan unsa lang mahuna2xan.
