    Default How to hold a Visa/Passport to a mistress?

    Does anyone here knows about on how to hold a Visa/Passport of their father's mistress?

    The situation is;

    - An OFW father have been married twice; first in the Philippines and second abroad (UAE). Both wife are Filipino citizen.
    - The first wife has not received any allotment since his husband married his second wife.
    - The first wife went abroad (UAE).
    - The husband immediately booked a flight for his second wife back to the Philippines.

    Now, my question is, is it possible to hold the Visa/Passport of the second wife? If yes, how will you do it and what are the process?

    Note: I'm not sure if I am posting on the correct section/category. If anyone knows here where I can transfer this post, please advice. I am very much willing to remove this post and transfer it to the correct section.

    Thanks!

    mura'g wrong section jud ni sir

    on the topic:

    kung ang imo question is on holding passports/visa, i believe even a MISTER, can hold passport and get visa. regardless if mistress ka or illegitimate child or an unconvicted criminal or a clean person or a plunderer at maraming pang iba, you can hold a passport.

    i mean, anybody can hold a passport man sir basta complete lang sa requirements. mo-adto ra man ka sa dfa or embassy and apply/get a passport. mao ra.

    by "hold", do you mean na dili palargahon balik ang mistress?
    if that's the case, i don't think you can on the basis lang that she is a mistress. di baya na basta2x ma-issue ang hold departure order. pangita nalang ug lain paagi TS na ma-vindicate imo mama or whatever you want to happen. hehe

    imho, i dont think holding the mistress's visa will help.
    kang ang imong father man ang at fault in the first place (sorry to say this)
    if the mistress is gone, history tells that he will probably look for mistress #2 , and then #3 and so on... (sorry again)

    i think it's best to talk seriously to your father on this
