Hi! I had the same problem before with my rott. Timing pud due cya for vaccination ato. So it got checked and was prescribed with Mitchlo shampoo (not sure if i remember the spelling right) nya 2x/week sa cya gi ligo with that shampoo for a month. By the time sa nxt vaccine, nawala na gyud cya. Hope this helps.
