well, i need ur help..i also need suggestions.. grabi stubborn jd akong hair... i tried many kinds of shampoo na..some are not effective, naa pud uban mu-work pero grabi sd maka dry ug buhok..kung butangan sd nako ug conditioner, maka cause japon ug dandruff.. arghhh

try head&shoulders? or if you're using a separate conditioner, do NOT put it on your scalp as well.

neutrogena has a line called T-gel (shampoo separate from conditioner) but a small (around 150mk bottle) is around 300Php.

it might help you to consult a dermatologist to find out if that's just regular dandruff or something that requires stronger stuff. usually, they'll recommend something with coal tar which gets rid of the flakes and itching.

Nizoral.... palit sa watsons ay.. sachet lang pud kay mahal man na gud... once a week lang ha.. kay basin maupaw ka if everyday!!!! mga more or less P40.00 ang sachet ana! =D
