i go for scientific studies and some testimonies.
research is they key to obtaining knowledge.
To get a good food supplement we must assure that it is...
1. Safe
2. Can be Absorb into the system

there are herbal medicines out there that promise a lot but when you look at the label its printed "No Theraputic claim" meaning there hasn't been any scientific study to back up any of the claims and you might as well take a placebo...
mas maayo you base on experience...mangutana kay, first hand,sa mga naka suway na
I won't go for the scientific studies of the product itself directly, but on it's individual ingredients first. I'll do my own research through the internet and some reading materials rather than going for "make believe" advertisements. Plus positive feedbacks from other people too.
heard this story... person taking this bla bla herbal supplements... a friend of him convince to take that supplement coz he got a very worse disease......... and eventually this person testify that its very effective coz he felt good using the product. She was convice to take that supplement....... months later the family wonder why her health is getting worse. they had a check up with a doctor and found out that the supplement was stock in the liver causing her to worsen sa iyahang health..........for me testimony alone is a no no best if we have it partner with Scientific Studies......
kada usa nato lain lain man gud og kinahanglan sa lawas, nya lain lain pud ang tambal nga maka ayo nato, kay lahi man ang usag usa nato.
Mao btaw wala jud kapariha nato finger print, kay lahi jud kasa usa nato.
Suggest nako try lang unsa mo bagay nimo, anway herbal ra man na, wala man pud na overdose, sometimes mo work sometimes dili pud,
basin pa d i naa mo angay sa imo lawas, sa ako VCO ang ako na angayan, 1 year na nako ni gi gamit, and it works for me
Well there is such thing as overdose sa food supplements.
Too much of a good thing is a bad thing.
thats why i said "try", if u just try dili man cguro ka ma over dose, of course dili nimo dunganon para mabaw-an nimo usa ang ni effect og unsa ang wala, bsag food supplements na cla naa man sad cguro na nakabutang required amout imo i take per day
follow lang dyd if unsa instructions
@noel quinocot
yes usa usa nato lain2x but whenit comes to nutrients, regular Daily allowance sa grow glow go food...... pareho rmn cgro ta ug kinahanglann kna basic food, there is a supplement that has the same capacity of a capsules to a 1 day RDA
yes about the RDA
pero gamay lang pakapin, although pareho ta og RDA everyday, the diffirence is that lahi lahi ta og daily activities nga buhaton every day,nya lain lain sad mga sakit nga ma encounter nato everyday, the quiestion is, does our body have the capacity to combat these diseases?
some of us may need more carbohydratres per day or some may require more certain vitamis or meniral.
thats why even if two people eat the same amont of food everyday, then the other becomes fat, maybe the other does not because he exercise regularly while the other does not.
i think sometimes we may need a little bit of more help of these supplements, that will fit to our daily needs,
thats why ang uban supplements specific jud ang ila gamit, naa pang paayo sa mata, pang pa hamis sa kutis, pa wala sa hubak, naa gani uban
og mo lakaw ka mag atras na ka! (joke)
