    Woohoo! Happy to have found this thread.

    I started this journey at 190lbs when I'm only 5'2" in height. Female.
    Early 2012 ni siya. Then nahunong ko is mga early 2013 pud. Patuyang nalang ko because of stress and lack of motivation.
    Now, I'm weighing 142lbs.

    Target is 115lbs. Go lang ng go!

    I'm using iPhone right now and the app for loseit is not even in the apps section..
    So I'll have to make use of the site then...

    Had a full breakfast this morning just to give me a head start with my gym time
    today but filled myself up with apples and oranges with lots of water for lunch.

    Just had my half hour treadmill and one hour Zumba, kamatay! Bug-ata sa feeling
    ui from all the food I feasted on last week hahahaha! Naka-Ana ko, di na jud ko
    mousab lols... Balik ko another cardio then another Zumba session later...

    I'm happy to see more faces here.. We can do this guys

    Up ko ani coz I have same goals..

    I used to weigh around 110 lbs, but after giving birth, i became 140lbs and after 9 mos, wala jpun koy na lose, maintain rakos 140lbs..

    Starting weight: 140lbs
    Target: 110lbs
    Goal: 1-2lbs per week lose

    I started eating clean, i tried several ways of crash dieting, taking diet pills, but mubalik ra ghapon ang timbang eventually, i also do running sa threadmill and outside if weekends.. i no longer eat rice, i replace it with oatmeal or wheatbread. i eat more veggies and fruits and lots of water. no no to juices, softdrinks, processed foods and junkfoods. hope i can maintain this lifestyle.. i wanna have my sexybody back hahaha.. good luck nato guys!

    Welcome sis. Lisod kaayo na ang mga crash diets kay all the body does is compensate. Mao ng it is important to change your lifestyle. Live an active and healthy lifestyle. We'll bring the sexy back in 2014

    Hey bey!!! Wow you're a beast when it comes to working out. I wish i can get back the fire that was once burning haha... You know what, I think the app thing is only available within the u.s. Its nice to have new people here and it feels good that were trying to help each other. Btw, where do you workout?

    Just love dancing, bro hehehe... What I can't stand are the abs exercises lols
    Once you're back on track, you'll be going at it non-stop when it comes to
    working out. True to the adage, first step is always the hardest hehehe

    deym. i hate it. i again cheated with mcdo's chicken burger and fries. haven't been to the gym for 1 week now. I'm making it an excuse na wala koy tarong na bag for my shoes and everything. deym.

    I neeeeeed some more motivation lol. I think I've got the funniest motivation ever. 2 weeks ago I was in ayala. I saw this girl dancing on the dancepad with her chinita friend. I was like "she's the prettiest girl I've ever seen" lolol. and that "I cant get a girlfriend like that I'f im this fat".. being fat truly lowers self esteem haha. what's your motivation?
