Last night was no good.
I end up eating too much carbs from spaghetti to macaroni salad
to get my mind off some worries... pero nabawi nako this morning
with cardio and Zumba lols.. I'm waiting for another class to burn
all that I've eaten last night...

Yesterday was my first day without carbs. Sobra ka sakit akong ulo. akong lawas ni ingon asa naman ang unlimited rice oi?? hehe. today went much better. I ate whole grain cereal and an orange for breakfast. Lunch kay salmon and veggies. Hopefully mag tuloy2 na ni.
Lisod jud na sis. Mu believe man nuon ko na if ma tempt ka tilaw lang gud gamay. Portions lang jud and good luck sa goal. 70 lbs to go. hehe
I suggest guys na we make short term goals instead of saying how much we want to lose. Set goal of 1-2 pounds a week. Akong goal sa atong first date of measurement sa jan 15 kay under 210. hope ma kaya nako

I regularly weigh in every 9th of the month since I'm writing a blog about my weight watch, too. I can still do that on the 15th and see if there's any difference
