    Default Exercise for big tummies?


    Alright. I'm 22 years old, 5'2 and 83 kilos right now. I have this big tummy and I need some tips to lose weight. Before I'm really into softdrinks jud.. like 500 ML to 1 liter a day. Right now macontrol na nako ang softdrinks and I've been drinking lots and lots of alkaline water everyday. I also tried dancepad at home for like an hour and for 2 days now, been spending 1 hour sa gym everyday. What kind of exercise ba is the best to kill belly fat? And what about with the food? I need some help. Thanks daan sa mag reply

    go jogging and biking, i think this is the fastest way to loss weight aside from diet..

    Hi TS!

    I am also on diet for See-Foods. Nag start ko kay.....TODAY ra sad! haha. 2 cups of rice ko twice a day and 2 viands per meal as well. Veggies mostly akong ginakaun and im 33 years old weighing 65 kilos and 5 ft ako height.

    Im working on getting the normal range of weight for a person with my height. So i am starting to lose down on carbo by eating 1 cup of rice na lang twice a day and more proteins and still with veggies. Hope it works!

    I tried exercising but Puros SITTING exercise, kana ganing exercie nga Cge ra ka ug lingkud! haha. but ni work man sa ako arms and waist but not my legs. I stopped after a month cause I want nga ma lose weight ko before ko magka muscles.

    Naa unta treadmill si mama pero dili ko pirmi tig adtuan , isa ka lakang raman unta. bassta anything to do with legs, i don't like.

    TS gawas sa exercise dapat tan-awn sad nimo imong kaon ky kung cge ra kag exercise unya wala nmo tan-awa imong kaon mura kag niabante ug kausa unya niatras ug kaduha...pagstart karong tuiga, naa ko sa mga 155-160 lbs karon ky naa nlang ko sa 130-135 lbs... what really worked for ky jogging/running mao jud akong main exercise, i do it 2-4 times a week. pero pagstart sa november ky 4 times na jud ko permi plano mn gud mudagan ug CCM. then during sa days nga dili ko mag-dagan2, i do push ups, sit ups and squats.

    do cardio TS. buy bob harper's cardio mugamay jud ka. It's 1 hour lang unya dumbells ra imo kailangan. Discipline lang TS and set goals to be healthy ayaw pa choy choy para dili dayon ka ma discouraged.

    thanks sa inyong replies. for now, i do like 45 minutes sa threadmill, and another 45 minutes sa bike2 (mao ba na ang CCM? XD), what kind of food ba should i take? right now twice a day ko mag eat.

    Bitaw, I think much better if di ka magdiet nga magskip ka ug meals, eat 4-6 times a day pero small meals lang para di ka magcrave unya kaon ug healthy like salads, fresh fruits and veggies unya kananag healthy nga dressing.

    Abs are made 80% in the kitchen and 20% in the gym.

    Biya e na jud ng softdrinks or any carbonated drinks,avoid eating fatty foods esp fried,avoid Fast foods,exercise daily for 1 hour cut down on your food intake jud kay bsan mag patay pa ka ug workout dili jud ka mo gamay.......ako tiyan b4 measures 38" now 31" na lang waist nku 38" now 31" weight 190 Lbs now 160 but 3 years nku nag gym 5x a week I run 4x a week 21K or more......Ayaw sad pag dali sa resulta kay ma dismaya ka lang it will take time to reduce your weight&belly.....The safest way pud to lose weight is not rapid but hinay2x 2 Lbs or 8 Lbs a month ra kay kung sobra sad dili na healthy!!!!!Good Luck you will need it..........
