Alright. I'm 22 years old, 5'2 and 83 kilos right now. I have this big tummy and I need some tips to lose weight. Before I'm really into softdrinks jud.. like 500 ML to 1 liter a day. Right now macontrol na nako ang softdrinks and I've been drinking lots and lots of alkaline water everyday. I also tried dancepad at home for like an hour and for 2 days now, been spending 1 hour sa gym everyday. What kind of exercise ba is the best to kill belly fat? And what about with the food?
