Kap Meynard is a very accomplished pilot. Very proficient and disciplined. I saw his aerobatic performances in Pampanga during the Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Festival. He has a MiG 15 rating, if I remember it right. Payter kaayo.
Does Kap Meynard personally teach in Cebu?
