Already tried leatrix,game booster and lower ping.and yes it lowers the ping to half on most online game.im using leatrix and lower ping atm.my problem is not the high ping but its the high ping spikes.from 20 ping it goes to 200 for a few seconds then goes back to 20..only happens on windows7 os .

Ping is varying in different game.
I would suggest you to keep the following instructions while playing online game.
1.Don't open any videos,stream and check if there any problem in your router.
2.Make sure there's no browser .exe's still running in task manager
3.Try to contact your internet service provider and get suitable data plan.
4.Move closer to server
I am sure,if you follow the rules,you will get chance to reduce your ping rate.Finally you can check whether it's your ping is reduced or not using Whoisxy.com

Thnx sa help bro.i think my ISP and router is ok .i have 12 PC - 6 units are using windows XP and the other 6 using Windows 7 ultimate( 3 units fresh install).all XP are running ok with stable ping and all Windows7 have lag spikes...

Sa isp po yan then sa location kng gaano kalayo sa base station and sa haba ng lan cable then atlast update mo lan driver mo..infact mas improve ang win7
