Im a big fan of Tomas during his heydays. In order to move forward the Cebuano people deserve something new not a relic of the past.

Hopefully our constitution will outlaw Brother, Sister, Father, Family etc that will simultaneously hold positions in the same or relevant area.

He was a visionary like a decade or 15 years ago but apparently it's all gone now. I think his cancer operations made him a monster. He's more like a destroyer than a visionary since he got his mayor position after alvin's term.
