    likayi ang kape ug uban pang caffeinated drinks and beverages. katulog at least 8hrs, nya regular and imo oras pagtulog para dili mag-usab2x adjust and imong lawas, ig-mata nimo or before going to work(if kilum2x pa ig-uli nimo igkabuntag, basta dili pa init pwede ra sad ka maka-jogging before matulog), kung naa ka doul na ma-joggingan, pag-jogging bisan at least 30mins a day. Likayi sad sigarilyo brod, dili na ka kinahanglan magparegister sa gym bai to stay fit.

    Sakto na imung gibuhat TS nga nagpalit kag mga equipments kaysa adto kas gym. Exercise lang jud. The same ta ingon ana sad akoa ma feel.. pero mas grabeh imung survival kay years naman ka ako kay less than pa.
