i accept the thought that we cannot have the same ideas and convincing you on the things that makes an LCC model continue to fly might be another issue for some of us.
TRUE: before you click the confirm button, everything is displayed. total price and the breakdown of the fare.
FALSE: adverts are misleading. they are not meant to deceive customers, they are meant to stir the campaign. reading and comprehension - very basic.
TRUE: overbooking. it is an airline practice all over the world. each airline conducts a study on the noshow rate of every flight of every season. if you get bumped-off, you get compensated.
FALSE: mangilad? jeez! are you convinced naay empleyado mag stay kung ang iyang organization mangingilad?
TRUE: most of the passengers do not read the fine print and the terms and conditions.
TRUE: delays and cancellation. airlines lose more if they intentionally cancel or delay a flight.

TRUE: Cancelled ang flight kay gamay ra ang passengers. Mismo ang employee sa airline maoy ni-sulti.
I have nothing against sa promo offers nila, kay naka-benefit gyud ko sa ila promos.
