for acquittal ko. what's been presented in court by prosec and hostile witness are all baseless, or not true beyond reasonable doubt - so it's not fair to condemn a person without solid grounds. also, there's also that in our constitution that will justify why corona did not include the dollar accounts in his SALN. and above all, his acquittal will teach the childish follicly challenged president to learn that he just cant friggin lord over everything he sees his to control. always sourgraping. if he wants to be taken seriously by the people, use the philippine resource/people to improving the economy, not make everyone busy to find dirt on corona.

Mere Omission on SALN is not impeachable offense. FCDA Law prevails over SALN Law coz it is a special law which is more ''powerful'' than general law when there is conflicting each other. The FCDA is absolute confidentiality and no conflict with constitution itself coz of there is ''as provided by law'' on Sec. 17 of Article 11 of Constitution

There are many illegal evidence, hearsay testimony, exaggerated and tainted information. 45 properties to 5, 82 accounts to 4, 10-12 million to 2.4 million. Earnings of CJ is legal according to CSC.

CJ association with GMA is not impeachable offense despite all cases which GMA involves are favored to her. This is just assumption.

I conclude that CJ is not guilty.

Obviously, kining mga gaingon nga impeachable offense ang dili pag butang sa SALN sa foreign currency depositd/o di kaha sa pag file ug kulang nga data sa SALN .. wa makabasa ani nga COA law. unya ila dayon i equate sa "Public Trust" issue ... mao nga kinahanglan i impeach. I have always stated that I am no fan of Corona ..but I am for the Rule of Law ..which, according to my understanding, is being side swept by pnoy et al ... just to force their agenda on us, people.

we must be reminded that this isnt only about SALN, but a government transformation against massive corruption. We cant clean our country overnight.. it takes one at a time. so i think we are on the right track now..
