Construction will resume after things are fixed. There was only a suspension of the construction work through a cease-and-desist order issued by the Office of the Building Official (OBO).

If my memory serves me right I think horizons 101 is under the development of TAFT ventures which was own by Gaisano (capital)..

i think TAFT is owned by the Gaisano Metro group. not sure though

afaik you will ONLY be given a certificate for occupancy once mahuman nakag bayad and nahuman napud ang unit or natuman ang gikasabutan sa contructor like some changes on the interior... in condo you are not buying a lot but you are buying a unit... dili ni siya pareha sa subdivision... you have a right to any ammenities mentioned on the contract but not as sole owner but part owner..

A Condominium Certificate of Title will be issued to you.

Certificate of Occupancy indicates that the building is in proper condition to be occupied.

horizons 101 diba stands for 101 storey bldg? so if ang isa kay 55 storey like what ricz posted so mas taas ang other one 56 storey? or sayop lang jud ko?

Guys ... GAISANO METRO is totally different sa ubang GAISANO to include WHITEGOLD .

Gi hunong lang ang construction para mahatagan ug paagi and safety measures ang ni hugno na yuta . Once ma ok na ni siya , the construction will resume to its operation .

- the Other Gaisano the is developer of One Pavilion Condominium Banawa (Gold Peach Properties)

• The Issue is nahugno ang ilang gikawt sa area and na apil ang mga residences near the area.
- the other issue is, river/drainage na sa Cebu ilang gitukuran, based on what I've heard gikiha ni sila sa STC kay ila gi block ang drainage system, if mahitabo na ang mga tubig ad2 padulong sa STC. I don't know if this issue has been resolved or what.

• Gaisano's own a construction Company just like SM, Ayala, etc.

My Purpose on this thread is not na gidaot nako ang Gaisano, Taft or Horizons but just to clear things up and also to create an awareness sa mga tao. I use to sell Horizons maski wla koy halin did2, but embryonic is entitled of their own opinion. If your a Real Estate Practitioner you know what this means...

who makes the construction? the digging? the hammering? the piling of cement? and developer ba? o ang contractor?

if ang imo balay nahugno while making the foundation, would you blame the carpenter? or the architect?

I agree with the latter, lain pud kaayo if nagpatukod ka sa imo balay nya pagkahugno imo basolon imo kaugalingon kay ikaw man tagiya...lol

Horizons 101 is a two-tower residential condominium project. It doesn't mean nga 101 ka storeys.

• Horizons = You can view mountain and sea horizons
• 101 = signifies two towers, tower 1 (55-storey) and tower 2 (46-storey) then in between these towers is a sun (as we can see in their logo)
• Tower 1 will have 868 units while Tower 2 will have 600 units
• Residential floors for Tower 1 starts from 10th floor. 1st floor to 9th are ground, podium parking and amenity floors

Correct me if I'm wrong though with the above info.
