Horizons 101 Condominium Terminated???

I'm not really updated on this developer, and as a seller I didn't advice my clients to invest a unit here due to the rumors that has been speculating since last year.

And now the rumors came true. I saw the news today on the TV that Mayor Rama ordered to stop the construction of Horizons 101 Condominium. I don't know if it's forever or temporary.

I hope someone from Horizons here can clarify that news, luoy sad baya ang mga investors did2, it's millions that they invest not thousands.

Mao nang kita mga "Sellers" careful lng ta sa mga developer atong gibaligya, kita bayay front line and balikan sa mga clients and for the Investors/Buyers, make sure you know the developer of the property, never hesitate to ask question to your broker/agent, it's our job to take good care of your investments....

If my memory serves me right I think horizons 101 is under the development of TAFT ventures which was own by Gaisano (capital)..

Damn.. well I wouldn't buy a condo unit from a family that is known for burning down their own malls. Some people just need to use common sense...

Ang TAFT Properties is owned by Jack Gaisano.. Dli ni sila sa Gaisano Capital. Sila ang tag-iya sa Metro Gaisano, Metro Mandaue ug Metro Ayala....
